This page applies to the app “Стихи в музыку: ИИ-песни” / Poetry AI, also shown in the app as “Стихи AI” or Poetry AI. Developer: KNGAMES.RU / Nikolai Kostin.
How to delete data in the app
1. Open the app. 2. Go to Profile. 3. Tap Delete Profile. 4. Confirm data deletion. After confirmation, we delete the device-scoped profile, user projects and related user-generated media files, likes, saved tracks/playlist entries, and linked sign-in records if they were created.
How to request deletion without the app
If the app is unavailable, send a request to support@kngames.ru. State that you want to delete data for “Стихи в музыку: ИИ-песни” / Poetry AI and include your Profile ID / Device ID if known. If the request relates to a purchase, you may include the App Store purchase details without sending payment card details.
What may be retained
Content reports, support requests, and posted comments may be anonymized (unlinked from the deleted profile) and retained for moderation history, security, and dispute review. Payment records, refunds, and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store. Security and diagnostic server logs may be retained for a limited period, usually up to 90 days, unless longer retention is required by law, security, or abuse investigation.
User track storage
Independently of deletion requests, unpublished user-generated tracks have a limited storage period: 3 months from creation (or from the Catalog Plus subscription end date while it was active), plus up to 30 days of server-side recovery period after hiding, after which the audio files are permanently deleted.
Processing time
In-app deletion is performed immediately for the active device-scoped profile. Email deletion requests are processed within a reasonable time, usually up to 30 days.
