Data we process
We may process device ID, Support ID, the name from your sign-in provider (if shared), app profile and linked sign-in provider identifiers, your email address and email sign-in credentials (the password is stored only as a hash; verification codes are temporary), device push tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging, to notify you when a track is ready), purchase and subscription data, selected poem and style, generation parameters, lyrics source mode, adaptation level, generated tracks and metadata, public posting status, comments, author blocks, likes, saved tracks, reports, support requests, IP addresses, and server logs.
Why
Data is used to operate the account, credit balance, generation flow, purchase restoration, customer support, abuse prevention, report moderation, and technical diagnostics.
Third parties
The service may use the App Store (Apple In-App Purchase), RevenueCat, Firebase Cloud Messaging push notifications, usage analytics (GameAnalytics), the RuSender transactional email service (sending sign-in and password-reset codes; your email address is shared with it), third-party AI services, and server infrastructure located in Russia. For generation, only the poem text, song lyrics, and style parameters are sent to AI services — without your name, contacts, or profile identifiers. If you request a refund for a purchase through Apple, we may share purchase consumption data with Apple (for example, how many credits from a pack have been used and related purchase activity) to help Apple decide on the refund.
User track storage
Audio files of unpublished user tracks are stored for 3 months from creation, then hidden and permanently deleted within 30 days after hiding. Tracks published to the Community are stored while they remain published. While the Catalog Plus subscription is active, tracks are stored for the whole subscription period; after it ends, the standard period of 3 months applies from the subscription end date. Profile deletion removes user projects and generated media as described in the Deletion section.
Deletion
You can delete your device-scoped profile and related data in the app: Profile -> Delete Profile. Reports, support requests, and posted comments may be anonymized (unlinked from the profile) and retained for moderation, security, and dispute review. You can also contact support@kngames.ru.
