Poems to Music — Terms of Use
Updated: 2026-06-15
These public pages are provided for app-store review and user reference. The in-app Terms screen contains the acceptance flow.
Key points in 30 seconds
• AI creates a song from the selected poem: on the original lines (the song may not include the whole text) or as an adaptation inspired by it — then the words differ and the track is marked as an adaptation. • 1 credit = 1 generation, usually two track variants. If the music service rejects the original lines, the credit is returned to your balance. • Catalog Plus adds no generations: it is background listening and storage for your tracks. • Unpublished tracks are stored for 3 months (while a subscription is active — for the whole subscription). We warn you before hiding. • Catalog tracks are for listening only; commercial use is prohibited. For your own tracks, uniqueness and copyright in the AI output are not guaranteed. • Full terms are below. Questions: support@kngames.ru.
Poems to Music — Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the “Стихи в музыку: ИИ-песни” / Poetry AI application (shown in the interface as “Стихи в музыку” / Poems to Music), the catalog of AI music adaptations inspired by poems, and paid features.
1. Key points before acceptance
1.1. In the current public version, the Application is built around a fixed poetry catalog: the user selects a poem and musical style, while the poem text remains a server-controlled source. 1.2. When creating a song, the Application may use original lines from the selected poem or create AI-adapted song lyrics inspired by the poem. In original-lines mode, the words are not rewritten, but the result is not guaranteed to be a full performance of the entire poem: the song may include only part of the lines or stanzas, and song markup may add repetitions, verses, choruses, and generation notes. 1.3. If AI-adapted song lyrics are used, the Application creates new song lyrics inspired by the selected poem. Those lyrics are not the exact text written by the source poet. 1.4. Credits are purchased for user track generation. One credit usually starts one generation and may produce two track variants when technically available. 1.5. Paid premium catalog features, where available on the platform, do not provide unlimited generations. Sharing track links remains free. 1.6. Catalog tracks can be listened to inside the Application. Commercial use of catalog tracks is prohibited unless separately permitted in writing. 1.7. AI outputs may be non-exclusive, unpredictable, and may not qualify for copyright protection as the user's exclusive work. 1.8. Voice, duet, style, instruments, and other generation settings are guidance for AI models. These settings increase the chance of the desired result, but do not guarantee exact voice, duet, arrangement, or other creative characteristics.
2. Application features
2.1. The Application allows users to: • listen to catalog AI music adaptations inspired by poems; • create user AI music adaptations based on a selected catalog poem; • select or describe a musical style; • save generated user tracks to a personal library; • like and save catalog tracks to a personal playlist. 2.2. Generation results are produced using third-party AI services. The developer does not guarantee a specific style, duration, quality, uniqueness, legal status of any output, provider acceptance of source lines, or inclusion of the entire selected poem in the song. 2.3. Settings such as “male voice”, “female voice”, or “duet” are passed as generation hints. The AI service may interpret them differently or follow them only partially. 2.4. Publishing a track to the Community is the user's choice. Public tracks by other authors can be played and shared by link; their audio files are not downloadable. Comments are screened and must not contain links, contacts, spam, threats, or harassment. Tracks and comments can be reported, and authors can be blocked. A reported comment may be hidden until a moderator reviews it.
3. Payments, credits, and subscription
3.1. You may buy generation credits, subscribe to Catalog Plus, and restore purchases through the App Store. 3.2. Purchases are processed through the App Store (Apple In-App Purchase); Apple issues the confirmation. 3.3. No sign-in or registration is required: purchases, credits, subscription, and your library are tied to your device. Purchases are restored through the App Store (the "Restore purchases" button on the Credits screen). 3.4. Price, subscription period, next billing date, and cancellation terms are shown in the App Store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your Apple ID settings, and payment is charged to your Apple ID on confirmation. 3.5. Catalog Plus unlocks background listening and storage for your tracks. 3.6. Refunds are handled by Apple via “Report a Problem” (reportaproblem.apple.com) under Apple's rules. If mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country grant additional rights, those remain unaffected; you may also contact support@kngames.ru.
4. Catalog and user-generated tracks
4.1. Catalog tracks are AI music adaptations inspired by catalog poems. They are made available for listening inside the Application. 4.2. Catalog tracks can be played inside the Application and shared by links that open the Application. Public Application features do not provide catalog audio-file download, export, or transfer. 4.3. Users may not commercially use catalog tracks, sell, license, monetize, upload them to music platforms as their own exclusive works, register them with Content ID, or use similar claiming systems. 4.4. User-generated tracks may be played in the Application, published, and shared by link after creation. Audio-file download may be available only to the creator of their own track where the feature is enabled. Commercial use depends on the AI provider's terms, source materials, applicable law, and what rights can legally be transferred in AI outputs. 4.5. In original-lines mode, the Application may use lines from the selected poem without rewriting the words, but it does not guarantee that the whole poem will be included in the song. Song markup may add repetitions, verses, choruses, and generation notes. 4.6. If the Application creates or uses adapted song lyrics, those lyrics are a new AI-assisted song adaptation inspired by the selected source poem, not the exact original poem text. 4.7. Such adapted lyrics may be treated as a derivative work or other transformation of the source poem under applicable law. The original poet is identified only as the author of the source poem, not as the author of the adapted lyrics, music, arrangement, performance, or AI-generated result. 4.8. Users must not label an adapted track as lyrics by the source poet, present the adaptation as the poet's original work, or use it in a misleading, derogatory, or rights-infringing way. 4.9. The developer does not guarantee that an AI-generated output is unique, not similar to other outputs, or gives the user exclusive copyright.
User track storage
Unpublished user-generated tracks are stored on the server for a limited period — 3 months from creation. The app shows warnings in advance before the period ends. Tracks published to the Community are not removed by the ordinary storage timer while they remain published. While the Catalog Plus subscription is active, the user's unpublished tracks are stored for the whole subscription period without a time limit; after the subscription ends, the standard period of 3 months applies from the subscription end date. After the period ends, the track is hidden from the user's library and may be kept for up to 30 days for possible restore or technical processing, after which it is permanently deleted. If a track is already hidden but not yet permanently deleted, activating the Catalog Plus subscription returns it to the library.
5. Prohibited use and reports
5.1. Users may not bypass Application limits, attempt unauthorized access, infringe third-party rights, or use the Application illegally. 5.2. If a user believes a track is illegal, misleading, offensive, or infringes rights, the user can submit a report through the in-app report button. 5.3. For rights-related requests, contact support@kngames.ru and include the track ID, basis for the report, reply contact, and documents or details supporting the claimed rights.
6. Privacy and data
6.1. A separate Privacy Policy explains what data is processed and how users can request deletion. 6.2. The current version may process: device ID, app profile and linked sign-in provider identifiers, your email address and email sign-in credentials (the password is stored only as a hash), purchases and subscriptions, selected poem and style, generation parameters, lyrics source mode, adaptation level, generated tracks and metadata, likes, saved tracks, reports, IP addresses, and server logs. 6.3. The Application may use third parties: the App Store (Apple In-App Purchase), RevenueCat, Firebase Cloud Messaging push notifications, usage analytics, third-party AI services, and server infrastructure located in Russia, plus the RuSender transactional email service (sign-in and password-reset codes; your email address is shared with it). For generation, only the poem text, song lyrics, and style parameters are sent to AI services — without your name, contacts, or profile identifiers. 6.4. Users can delete their profile and device-scoped data in the Profile section. Reports may be anonymized and retained for moderation.
7. Law, platform, and license
7.1. Use of the Application is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA) unless a separate EULA applies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. 7.2. Apple App Store rules prevail for payments, subscriptions, refunds, and cancellation. 7.3. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Application or its content; claims regarding the Application are directed to the developer at support@kngames.ru. 7.4. Disputes should first be addressed through support; if law requires a different dispute process, the mandatory legal process applies.
8. Changes and contact
8.1. The developer may update the Terms, features, prices, and availability of Application functionality. 8.2. Materially updated Terms may require renewed acceptance in the Application. 8.3. Support contact: support@kngames.ru. 8.4. App developer: Individual Entrepreneur Nikolai Nikolaevich Kostin (INN 342601019130), KNGAMES.RU. Contact: support@kngames.ru. Digital purchases are processed through the App Store under Apple's rules. Revision of June 15, 2026 (v8). Previous revisions are available on request: support@kngames.ru.
